We accept returns for unused and unopened items if the customer changes their mind.

2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

To ensure fast processing, all return and exchange requests must be made within:

  • 7 days for damaged or wrong items

  • 14 days for exchange due to compatibility

  • 14 days for change of mind (unused items only)

Requests made outside these timeframes may not be eligible, depending on the condition of the product.


3. Condition of Items for Return

To qualify for a successful return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from installation marks, scratches, or wear

  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories
